All went smoothly and efficiently on my first cataract op, from the pick-up from my home address to my return there later that day following the procedure. Looking forward to getting the second eye treated ASAP.

Everyone treats you kindly and professionally nothing is too much trouble always very friendly. Every step of the procedure you are advised what is going to happen.

I had one cataract operated on yesterday & already the results are amazing. Every single member of staff at Sittingbourne was reassuring, highly professional and very efficient. I had to wait only 2 weeks to get the first pre-op appointment, with the actual operation only 5 days later. A very quick, slick practice, thank you all for your help, compassion & support. I’m looking forward to having my other eye done soon!!

Both cataracts were treated at Spa Medica in Sittingbourne. The treatment and aftercare were excellent. A good facility with wonderful staff.

I have had two cataract operations at Spa Medica and found each experience “quick and painless”as the saying goes. The staff are very efficient but also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Spa Medica at Sittingbourne.

I went to SpaMedica for my check over. Absolutely brilliant. Rang me next day for appointment to go in. In next day. Friendly, clean - absolutely clean! Staff amazing. Was a bit worried. Surgeon amazing. Only thing that hurt was having to wear a hat cos I washed my hair. When it was all done I was buzzing. So excited. Can’t thank them enough.

I have just had my second Cataract procedure done at this great Clinic. It's not only a lovely modern building, but the staff are so caring and attentive. From when you first walk in, to when you leave, a member of staff is always asking if you are okay, or want anything like coffee or a biscuit, and if you have a friend or relative with you they are offered refreshments too. All the staff no matter what department they work in, are friendly and reassuring. When your procedure is complete you are given advice on how to look after your eye. You are then walked back to reception, and free to go. Overall I was very very pleased with my experience. Thank you SpaMedica.
