Well what can say about this company,cannot fault any part of my treatment from start to finish. I now have had both eyes done now. From the driver’s who pick me up, to the after care that I received. I would like to thank all the staff for there care. Ray cordingley

I recently had a cataract operation. I was extremely nervous but all the staff, from receptionist to the surgeon were very kind. Everyone was very caring and the surgeon explained everything to me as he did the operation. One of the nurses held my hand throughout the procedure which was so reassuring. . I will be quite happy to have my second cataract done. Well done to everyone at SpaMedica, Sittingbourne for their kindness.

Just finished both eyes treatment and what a great experience it was.Clinic was spotlessly clean and all staff caring,polite and professional.Would recommend SparMedica 100%.Many thanks to all at Sittingbourne clinic.

Very reassuring and professional and friendly staff. The receptionists made you feel very welcome and at ease. The actual building and ambience was very nice. The actual procedure was explained fully, and although I was nervous the hospital staff made me feel completely at ease.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly staff that do assessment before op on day explain everything and are friendly and helpful all theater staff are very helpful and explain again to you before they do op

Great place to have a cataract op. Very friendly, lovely modern building, helpful knowledgeable staff and an incredibly slick and efficient operation in both senses of the word. Really highly recommended

My first consultation appointment came very quickly after my optician referral and cataract operation date arranged on that visit. i was well informed by booklets and staff. On the day of operation I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes before being taken to the operating theatre which was stressful. Once there , operation was swiftly and successfully performed. I spent no time, post operation, in a ward as described in your brochure on page 15. The only recovery time I had was sitting on a chair, in the corridor, for a few minutes prior to being led back to reception and immediately discharged. All personnel encountered were kind, caring & efficient.
