From start to finish all the staff were charming and helpful. They are clearly very happy working there. Everything was explained and double checked and I was made to feel comfortable. I have no problem attending for a 2nd procedure in the future.

My experience was exceptional and staff made me feel at ease.Very professional service. All staff very pleasant and helpful from consultants to cleaner. All polite and personable. Everyone is like family.

From 1st appointment/operation to the last appointment for both eyes the service, attention to care has been outstanding. Staff are very welcoming and the attention to caring for you is exceptional.

From start to finish 2 cataracts done. Very efficient staff most welconing and assuring. Every staff member very polite and helpful. Made the experience very easy.

I have just had my second cataract surgery and so far, the results are good. The facilities and cleanliness of the clinic were very good and the staff were pleasant at all stages of my visits. I had different surgeons for each procedure and both times felt different! My first visit for an assessment was on a day when there was some staff absence, although this was covered by supply staff, but it made waiting times longer. When I eventually had my consultation with the eye specialist it felt that it was a bit rushed, and on reflection I might have made some different choices if more discussion had taken place.
