I had a cataract procedure at this clinic yesterday. From beginning to end the staff were exceptional. They are very friendly and put you totally at ease. Everything being explained, any queries answered, nothing too much effort. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks to all the staff from the reception to the surgeon and everyone in between. You are all awesome.

I was treated with courtesy and consideration as soon as I entered SpaMedica Reception. This continued throughout Pre-Op and onward until I left after the procedure was complete. Everyone acted as a Team. They were outstanding. Leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the system in place was followed to ensure everyone’s welfare was considered.

Wait time for NHS hospital appointment, 7 months. Wait time for appointment for Spa Medica, 2 weeks. Excellent service from entry to exit by professional staff who looked after my every need.

After an anxious wait all went well, all staff very kind providing information on what to expect and answered all questions asked. Excellent and the next morning taking off the shield was amazed at the clarity of vision and colour.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at SpaMedica at Stockton on both the pre-op assessment and the actual surgery days From the welcome at the door all the staff were friendly and professional explaining everything and I soon felt at ease. The surgery was painless and quick. Many thanks to the surgeon and his staff who were fantastic. I can certainly recommend this clinic. 5 stars!

A wonderful Hospital where all staff were very helpful, friendly and experienced. The entire procedure was professional and First rate. Nothing but praise and admiration, thank you sincerely. My remaining cataract on my left eye I hope will be rectified very shortly and already my sight has been transformed beyond all expectations. Thank you all sincerely, I am absolutely delighted.

Starting with going for consultation(and feeling very nervous) then having the cataract removed all the staff from the gentleman that met us at the entrance to leaving were very kind and explained everything.

The team of staff at SpaMedica are lovely, professional, efficient and caring. Having had cataract surgery yesterday, I am astonished at the speed of recovery, now unable to tell I had surgery only yesterday except for the fact my long distance vision is amazing once again.

From beginning to end an excellent service on behalf of NHS. A friendly welcome which continued throughout the time there. Holdups did occur but overall time spent there was within guidance. Sometimes delays inevitable. Thank you for your time, and the experience of regaining almost perfect sight
