Very very good attention to the patients needs , everything explained in detail but also in terms that are easy to understand. Everyone from reception staff to the nurses to the doctor were friendly and efficent and made the experience comfortable and stress free.

I was so worried at having to have cataract surgery……maybe even more so than my previous 2x hip replacements! This clinic …..which ofcourse only functions through excellent staff….was 10/10 from reception through all the pre-op and every single nurse and paractitioner and ofcourse the amazing surgeon. The building and clinic is very impressive and puts you at instant ease. All your leaving information is most helpful and any queries are only a phone call away direct to Spa Medica. Thankyou all so very much .

I have had the cataract in both eyes successfully removed with the biggest revelation being seeing the world in vivid colours again with crystal clear vision and well worth the minor discomfort whilst having the procedure, more so the pre-op eye drops than the operation. The staff on both occasions had courtesy and empathy for my situation and were very professional throughout the entire process from booking the appointments to post operation discharge. 11/10 for the whole process, just keep still whilst the operation is in progress, it will transform your vision.

I can only give the highest praise for this Company and location. Pre-Op, Operation and Post op was all five star. I as given plenty of information (I was worried) which explained the procedure easily. The staff were all very friendly and professional when dealing with me it allayed a lot of my fears. Thankyou

Having now had cataracts from both eyes removed I am very happy with the results. My sight is clear and all beige colouring gone. The staff were very helpful and explained the system and process clearly and with some humour. Ditto my wife at Wolverhampton.

I had my cataract removed on 11th February, and was very nervous about the procedure. The pre-op visit to SpaMedica the week before really helped, with the staff being kind and patient. But the procedure itself still filled me with dread. On the day, the staff did everything to explain each stage in detail, and the procedure itself was painless, and quick. Amazing! I am enjoying my new vision, with sharp outlines and bright colours. Thank you so much SpaMedica Telford.

I confess to being quite "chicken" about the operation but my fears were totally misplaced. The operation itself was painless and the pre and post care were excellent! I can't go as far as saying that I am looking forward to having my other eye operated on, but my concerns have been allayed.

I have had a cataract operation and I am extremely pleased with the outcome . I would recommend your hospital to anyone. The staff are extremely caring and very professional.

Sincere thanks to SpaMedica for my care. The Professionalism is second to none throughout, together with expertise and being so friendly. It runs like clockwork and I think that the NHS Trusts would do well to visit and see how the the NHS could be run. Sheer diligence, not forgetting the lady that does the cleaning! The place is spotless. Thank you SpaMedica for my vision and bright eyes!
