Regarding me recent treatment at Spa Medica in Telford: There is a short waiting time for appointments. The staff are friendly, informative and ready to answer questions. The site is convenient for parking and public transport.

After a follow up with Traqs (I had to chase them!) the service from Spamedica was quick and efficient. I was able to book a preoperative appt within 2 weeks. That appt was slick and quick and confirmed a cataract replacement would be suitable. I was given a selection of dates within the next couple of weeks. On the day again everything was quick and efficient and I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. The thought of the procedure is far worse than the actual procedure itself. Assuming I need the other eye doing I will definately use Spamedica again.

Very friendly staff, courteous no pain recieved, excellent service. Went in, made me feel at ease, completed the surgery and let me know next steps required.

Excellent service provided by friendly and professional staff, my one eye has been completed and I'm looking forward to the other one to be done now, completely stress free from the start to the finish of the procedure

The Pre op visit was carried out by extremely polite and experienced Staff. The Operation was again carried out with out any issue and the most inportant aspect was that the morning following my Operation, I could see perfectly and my vision was restored to it's previous status i.e. Short Sightedness!!!

From the moment of arrival for Pre Op, was greeted by a lovely chap who made me a coffee. Booked in and the went through various offices and examinations, all slick and well managed. Staff extremely professional and caring. On arrival back at reception, offered a choice of appointments (all within a week). On op day, again all very smooth and the surgeon herself was fantastic! Very caring & skilled. On my way home 2 hours later. Day 1 now and things a little sore, but improving! Highly recommend!

From an old man, I’m very happy with the treatment. I’ve had a Telford. I feel very confident now driving my car at night and my eyesight is hundred percent better and I want to just say a big thank you to all the lovely stuff. Thank you so much

From my review for treatment to the execution of the removel of my cataract, all the staff were very friendly and explained the procedure to be carried out in a way I could understand The surgeon was also excellent in the way he executed the procedure.n
