Hi Everyone, Well I have to admit, I was petrified at having my operation but I have to say, the proceedure, the staff, and the treatment was second to none. Yes, it's a bit of a bind with the drops that you have to put in afterwards but honestly, if you are scheduled for a visit, it's painless and trouble free. The staff are excellent, even down to the gentleman on the door, who was extremely helpful. I think the docs should get a mention too, very caring and reasurring... Anyway, a service to be complimented for a change, That's nice in this day and age eh!

Attended for cataract surgery. Everone I came into contact with from the guy meeting and greeting through admissions, pre-op, theatre, reception and discharge was professional yet friendly throughout. I was out at ease from the beginning with introductions and clear and simple instructions about their role and what to expect. Simple procedure which only took 10 minutes max. Made to feel I was an individual despite me being the 5th or 6th patient and 4 or 5 to follow me.

Had my second cataract operation at the end of February.The operation went has smoothly has the first and has resulted in me not having to wear glasses or contact lenses lenses for the first time in over fifty years.I cannot thank Spa Medica enough for the outstanding care and professionalism.Highly recommend

From beginning to end I was amazed at how I was cared for at the clinic, all the staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have.The surgery was done very quickly and professionally as you would expect. All in all a very pleasing experience.
