The staff were very friendly and professional, they took the time to look after me and I felt at ease. I can highly recommend this service and my eyesight is now so much better.

I arrived at the practice for my surgery about 8 am feeling a bit nervous but after meeting everyone I felt a lot more relaxed from the nurses to the surgeon these people were excellent did a very good job with my eye and it is 100%better thankyou to all involved looking forward to having my other eye done thankyou all would recommend you to anyone

My experience of having a cataract extraction was an extremely positive one. The service is very efficient throughout. Everything was explained to me by the lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn’t kept waiting and everything was on time. I would highly recommend going here.

Arrived on Saturday morning for my second cataract operation at 0810hrs and was on my way home at 0915hrs. My vision is vastly improved and I can see well without the need for glasses for the first time in 25 years.

Everything went in a streamline and professional manner. I went to the clinic in the morning, the staff was very polite abd responded well to all the queries related to my treatment . The environment was stress free and made me feel at home. Initially I was worried but sooner I was in a calm state by the professional help and care from the staff. I will definitely recommend this place yo my family and friends

Excellent service, treatment and care and my thanks to all the staff, clinicians, surgeons and nurses. Also the nurse who ensured I knew how to manage my aftercare. Much appreciated and many thanks to all .

From referral to preop assessment was 4 days. The preop was slick and well run. I could have had the operation the following week but chose a date to suit my diary. The operation day again was a slick, well run procedure and everyone was massively helpful and reassuring.

Underwhelming after surgery care, the head office staff are nonchalant and uninterested, and outline only company policy which is a callback within 24hrs for a deterioration and loss of vision after surgery, the emergency ophthalmologist then calls to say 2 to 4 days to see someone, as this is not a risk to sight, then get an appointment to see the emergency ophthalmologist only to wait 30 mins to get seen when others arrived much later. All that said, there are good staff and poor staff, but the emergency call center and their subsequent responses are less than adequate when your sight has deteriorated. Come on spa medica, could do better!!

From premeditated meeting to leaving all staff and personnel were efficient and all went smoothly cleaning staff and fire alarm test warning were all carried out after being informed
