I was quite apprehensive the day before as the referral from Specsavers was made on the same day as my eye test and an appointment with SpaMedicz was made within a couple days. All the informative leaflets were sent to me, providing me with more of an insight as to what was going to happen. All the administration staff, nurses and the eye surgeon were so friendly and reassuring. I followed all the instructions around the administration of the eye drops and suffered no side effects whatsoever. For me, it's been a life changer and I've still to be referred for the other eye. Excellent service, thank you so much. One very happy lady !! I hope my next surgery goes just as well.

Excellent Pre-operative Assessment and Operation. Seen promptly on arrival. Some slight delays in waiting time but on the whole not a problem.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Efficient and friendly staff both in pre-op and on the day of surgery. The time taken was brilliant, from referral to completed surgery was only about 3 weeks, could not fault any part of it. Thank you to you all.

All my fears and worries were taken away by the friendly, caring staff. The operation was quick and painless and my recovery is going very well. Won't be worried to have the other cataract removed.

Had a cataract removal - SpaMedica were totally professional throughout. Each stage through the procedure was well organised and performed. Total explanation of what was going to happen took place. The operation itself took less than 15 minutes and was almost pain free. I would recommend them to anyone else, especially as their waiting times are very short.

Everyone was helpful and explained the procedure thoroughly would highly recommend, was very apprehensive but after knowing what I know now I wouldn’t hesitate

Assessed and operated on within a week of referral! Very friendly and efficient staff who explained all tests and procedures thoroughly and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. The operation itself was very quick and totally painless and the result has been outstanding. My thanks to the surgeon and all the staff.
