I had to see the asthma nurse and as always I was treated with respect and professionalism but with cheer! I was seen on time. The reception staff were also helpful as far as they were able. They have a very hard job trying to find doctors appointments when there aren’t any.

Used electronic check in and screen displayed correct details of appointment. 15mins after appointment time had passed asked reception if there was an issue to be told that system had not recognised my login despite the display had confirmed. This is the second time this has happened so in future I will check in at the desk speaking to a human not much of a time saver for me or the practice.

The blood test was taken promptly and done with care and consideration. It was carried out efficiently and professionally. The purpose of the test was clearly explained.

I did not wait long to see the nurse but she was not aware that I have a hand a pacemaker fitted and the hospital have stopped some of my medication and changed the dosage of the other

An efficient and friendly service from all staff, including the nurse and the reception staff. While my surgery visit was quick and easy, leaving feedback was less straightforward!

My daughter (10 months old) had a bad rash that was getting worse. I visited the pharmacist but the cream was not solving the problem. I visited the GP surgery when it opened at 8am and got an appointment at 8:20am. I saw a doctor who was so attentive to my daughter and was very caring of me being a worried first time mum. She could have easily dismissed my concerns (many have before in other contexts) but she didn’t. Instead she validated my worries and reassured me. Thank you so much to the team and specifically the lovely Doctor.

Arrived early, booked in and waited less than a minute when I was called in! Blood Test carried out very well as usual! Left before my actual appt time! Thank you
