Reception, nurses and doctor all supported me when I had an injury concern. They found time for me at short notice in a very busy schedule.

I had an appointment at 0815, it was on time and he was really helpful and listened to my issues. He prescribed new meds and got the prescription signed off quickly by a doctor. Also the young lady on reception was really good, calm and collected especially as the electronic sign in system wasnt working and the queue was out the door.

Blood needed for yearly medical review. 2nd visit as taking blood has been very difficult at times. Nurse practitioner was kind, careful, thoughtful and successful. Very good experience.

Just in for a blood test . So that appointment all well & good Issues arrive when you need an appointment on the day you are unwell !! And can’t get one and still having phone call appointment after Covid has past so that all frustrating when you can’t plan to be ill in advance. However staff etc are all very polite and helpful and must be under a lot of pressure

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely receptionist that helped me in getting an emergency prescription. No hassle, no fuss, she was friendly and helpful and got it sorted so fast which I am very grateful for, thank you!

I have seen two different locum doctors in the last few weeks. Both have been excellent, spending time in assessing and reviewing, explaining clearly and giving a caring, professional approach. Both were very approachable and inspired confidence.

I saw the very pleasant, professional and friendly nurse for a painless, quick blood taking yesterday. I checked in 10 minutes early and was seen on time for my appointment.
