I did not wait long to see the nurse but she was not aware that I have a hand a pacemaker fitted and the hospital have stopped some of my medication and changed the dosage of the other

An efficient and friendly service from all staff, including the nurse and the reception staff. While my surgery visit was quick and easy, leaving feedback was less straightforward!

My daughter (10 months old) had a bad rash that was getting worse. I visited the pharmacist but the cream was not solving the problem. I visited the GP surgery when it opened at 8am and got an appointment at 8:20am. I saw a doctor who was so attentive to my daughter and was very caring of me being a worried first time mum. She could have easily dismissed my concerns (many have before in other contexts) but she didn’t. Instead she validated my worries and reassured me. Thank you so much to the team and specifically the lovely Doctor.

Arrived early, booked in and waited less than a minute when I was called in! Blood Test carried out very well as usual! Left before my actual appt time! Thank you

Attended the surgery to have a blood sample taken following an appointment with the GP. The appointment was exactly on time and was carried out quickly and efficiently by the nurse who was friendly and engaging.

Went for a blood test. Seen on time. Nurse welcoming and friendly. Took blood pressure as well as blood sample and out within a matter of minutes.
