I went for a blood test and was called into the room on time. The blood was extracted very quickly. I was out of the appointment within 2 minutes. Nothing could have gone better.

Once got past the reception the person who conducted the test was good, professional and courteous. It was conducted in a no fuss timely manner as I say I had more trouble booking in

Staplehurst Medical Centre. I have waited in all morning for a phone call from a doctor to discuss some test results, as I don't seem to be able to book a face to face appointment. Those are only possible to book on the day, and have usually gone by the time you get through. This call was booked 10 days ago to take place on my day off, as I cannot take private phone calls at work. I do not think it is beyond the bounds of possibility to be given some idea as to exactly when in a day I can expect to get a phone call, especially since the Health Centre had told me that the doctor needed to speak to me, rather than the other way round. It is now 1pm, so I have so far wasted a whole morning waiting in, and speaking to the health centre just now they are unable to give any idea as to likely time of call, and the 'don't care' attitude was unfortunately all too obvious.
