I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment. I was very concerned and anxious about how I was feeling - zI did not feel well and was in pain. The doctor was very patient and understanding taking my concerns seriously. I was referred for an urgent X- ray and given medication to help my condition whilst waiting on the results.

I was attended to promptly. The reception staff were alert and ready to help me navigate my circumstances seamlessly. They were friendly, cheerful, courteous, respectful and carried me along in making decisions about my health. Moreover, the doctor, a lovely Greek woman, was very nice and made me relax while she conducted her tests. I have been with my GP for over 20 years and don't want to go anywhere else. I will comfortably recommend the clinic to my family and friends.

This outperforms all over GPs I’ve had and medical services I have received. Both in appointment time, referrals, communication and customer service. I’ve used services extensively since I’ve been here due to Being new disabled and can only say they’ve been very helpful. On this occasion I came for an injection. Was seen and out the door in ten minutes. No waiting time. Just on time for appoint ment and in

I booked this GP appointment two weeks ago. I waited for over an hour, despite others who arrived later being seen and leaving while I was made to queue for 20 minutes to ask about the delay. A staff member confirmed my registration and said she would ask a manager but then ignored me. When I enquired again due to time constraints, I was simply told by a male staff member who was sitting idly to rebook another appointment online, without any attempt to assist.

I had a GP appointment to discuss pain and swelling of my knee. The locum GP was very professional. She provided a thorough examination of both knees and made a thorough assessment of the condition. She was both engaging and fully involved me in the assessment process. The GP concluded by making a referral for XRay imaging. I felt very happy leaving the practice, feeling completely 'listened to' during the appointment.

I have been with Stratford Village Surgery for about 20 years. Even when my family moved to Goodmayes, I found it absolutely unnecessary to change to a nearer clinic because I was not sure I would get the same level of attention, concern and desire to help solve my predicament there as the staffs at Stratford Village Surgery offered me. The cleanliness of the clinic and its environments is one thing. The friendly and courteous manner the staffs treated me was another. The meticulous way the doctors ensured that every detail of my ailment was found and diagnosed was yet another. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Stratford Village Surgery to any of my family and friends. They are simply amazing.

The doctor was very clear with blood test results and gave good advice to improve my general health. It was easy to book a phone call at a time convenient.

As always my visit yesterday was delivered with professional and care. The doctor I saw did everything to put me at ease. I became very tearful the doctor took time to explain my problem and to help with the pain.
