I felt compelled to write a review today. I’ve been asked many times but haven’t. Yesterday, I had a consultation with a GP who was attentive and caring, listened carefully, and maintained eye contact while I discussed my problems, without typing frantically. I haven't experienced this level of care in years! Before the appointment I was dreading the thought of speaking to the side of a GP’s face after having waited 2 weeks for an appointment- which has been my experience many times. More doctors should follow this example, and this particular doctor should continue this fantastic practice without feeling pressured to work like her colleagues, typing verbatim whilst patients talk. Whislt sitting in the waiting room there were no more than 3 patients at a time. It did make me wonder how many doctors were carrying out face to face appointments and how many doctors are actually working from home or carrying out telephone consultations. I am a 52 year old woman and have experienced many many consultations. Yesterdays reminded me of consultations I had as a child where doctors really listened, really cared and one where you could build a relationship with and not feel like just a name on a daily list. I hope this level of care continues 🙏🏼

I have ordered my repeat medicine online on22August, but the chemist has not yet received the prescription. My medicine ran out. It should not have happened.

I went to my GP due to a nail fungus, so far my experience has been good. I have had my liver test and will be going back for treatment.

I missed my first call on my telephone appointment but the GP called again to ensure that advice will be provided . GP explained my test results very well and reviewed my medication and prescribed the update one . She also listen to me well as patient unlike my previous GP practice they will not call me back if I missed the first call and they ere not good in listening to Patient a like me

I moved from my home recently but I am very reluctant to move to another GP because I love my current GP. The staffs are very courteous, caring, always ready to help you resolve your problem, respectful and friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend my GP to family and friends any day.

I booked a GP appointment two weeks ago, but on the appointment date, I found out that a paramedic was going to see me instead. That felt misleading. Why did I wait for three weeks just to see a paramedic? I will be changing my GP soon.

Very happy with the doctor I spoke to Dr was very polite and very patient and understanding.Dr also gave me enough time to explain my problem to me.iIm really happy that my surgery has improved a lot and we have a very good in our practice.

Very good practice but not able to speak and see the doctor face to face in good time. Appointments takes very long time and after speaking to receptionist you have to fill form on the line and only then you get reply when the doctor will speak to the patient after days and then it will be decided whether you can meet your doctor or not.
