I was pleased to get a face to face GP appointment, which was excellent. The GP I saw listened well and dealt with 3 issues I raised in a very professional way

This has been my Gp since I was a child love everyone here very good practice they need to work on organisation as yesterday I waited 1 whole hour for my appointment as the doctor called out a different patients name who was double booked but despite me being before them i was seen a whole hour later I started crying for the first time. I was really concerned and just wanted to see my doctor I was taken care of by the lovely reception team and the doctor did apologise for their mistake but organisation may need to be taken into account and worked on here as it’s not fair to other patients. I too have worked with several practices and The NHS but I have never been unjust. The doctors Diaries should be monitored and followed correctly by both receptionists and Doctors.

They have been helpful every time I visit or call for help. They have recommended the best way to manage my health and I am happy that they are my GP

GP and reception staff professional, caring and compassionate. GP gave me the opportunity to explain at length my symptoms, I never felt rushed and the advice given and prescription given was very effective.

The GP who I had a telephone appointment with and the receptionist I spoke to a couple of days later regarding an issue I had, both showed fantastic care and compassion to me.

I waited 3 weeks for my phone appointment, I asked for a referral, didn’t get it and the number of a place I am meant to contact to make such appointments is not even in London. I also called the reception practice to let them know, I was told to do another form and didn’t receive a link, I called again and pressed the option to be sent the link and it never came. Really frustrating as this isn’t the result I wanted and I hope I don’t have to wait any longer for this to be corrected, this is about mental health after all and this just helping my situation.

I have had a very positive experience with the practice regarding check ups for my children and me. The staff always so polite and efficient, all my questions were answered, letter prepared. Amazing

I went there with my son but they said they will send me form for my son to start the treatment but still it’s almost 1 month and they don’t even reply me
