Doctor called within the time, listened well, spoke kindly and was patient. Allowed me to have some input in my treatment. My only issue - ideally before medication I would have liked the doctor to see whether the issue got better or stayed the same, but because the appointment would be days away I settled for the treatment (antibiotics) so that things are kept under control. But the doctor himself gets five stars. Smooth convenient telephone appointment.

I have been with this prectice 10 years now. Their services have improved a lot, along with the a new reception facility. I have also noticed that the indidual Doctor's appt rooms have been renovated lately and that helps also the patients to feel comfortable in a modern environment. There is still work to be done on the availability of telephone appointments which to my opinion there should be more available to book, and not have to wait a month. I was lucky probably due to a cancellation, and got one within a week, but the next one was 7 weeks after... For a telephone appointment this is way too long... Please keep improving your services, thank you

I felt comfortable discussing my sexuality with my Doctor and he was very professional and attended to me with extreme knowledge

I was seen 10 minutes late , staff apologised for the delay . She was also pleasant and approachable and gave me helpful tips . She is also efficient in what she does

The practice take your care as if they in same situation with you and follow up with the care package given to you and also want to see the greatness in you talk to you about the situation and given you reassurance about your situation

It was a telephonic appointment for my son. The practitioner I spoke to was well aware of the medical issues my son was dealing with. She was able to prescribe the right medication and was very understanding and helpful.

The practitioner I saw was friendly and explained everything clearly. I was seen on time. The self check-in screen needs to be fixed. This will reduce queues and help reception staff to be available for people who have specific questions/allow them to answer the phone more promptly. I had a problem with my appointment booking and reception staff were, as usual, very kind, patient and helpful. We got it sorted out eventually but it took way longer than it should have. Reception is always busy and staff don't need to be doing this additional work that could be automated.

got in contact with practice about symptoms via nhs app, they responded very quickly, spoke to me on the phone about my symptoms, and gave me an appointment. very short wait times, gp was very quick and efficient.
