Always willing to help, help with refferals and all you need, one of the best GP and that says a lot. Not getting always a quick appointment but they have so many patients that is understandable. Very happy with them! Definitely won't change them!

Doctors and administration staff are not helpful at all. If you want to discuss more than a problem you have during your appointment, the doctor will say to you, we can only discuss of two issues that you have as I have just 20mins to spend with you. Awful thing to say to someone that needs medical advice.

I been asked on-line for an appointment with one specific doctor, I been called to inform me about the date and time of my appointment and I asked to be sure if I get appointment with the doctor I requested on my on-line request, the receptionist was informed that I will get the appointment face to face with that specific doctor but when I attended the appointment I was surprised to see there was a different doctor that I requested, and unfortunately the doctor doesn't look like she know very well what she have to do regarding my issues, and she looks very confused, unfortunately soon I will change my GP as few good times I didn't get a good treatment or the doctors I meet there wasn't very professional. Most of the time I been disappointed by the staff.

I'm waiting for next appointment To sold out my problem with my knee I was happy with my Doctor she explained to me everything so I will eait for my next appointment

I'm with Stratford Village Surgery for about 10 years now, and even thou we moved a few times, I stayed with them. All doctors and admin stuff are kind and I feel that I am well looked after every time. Sometimes there are mistakes but sorted very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Reception is always to help and all doctors, gp are really nice too. I have no expirience with nurse yet meaby in future i will. Enjoy King coronation and have a good weekend.

Elderly patient really supported well, in a world where online and technology excludes so many support and medical treatment has been very accessible and feel valued and listened too in order to aid all health concerns and conditions.
