The doctor that I see was very helpful, took time to talk and explain the referral and what would happen after that.

I saw a paramedic who was nice enough but was told nothing about my condition just passed to a physiotherapist. Just feels like a tick box exercise

Good reception for patients and good response when you complain . Some of their doctors are really nice and they listen to you, just speak up and you will get the right help needed.

Review titled Where’s the Doctor
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Mary Sutton - Posted on 04 June 2023
I requested a face to face appointment with a doctor, instead I saw a paramedic. My reason for appt. was back trouble and redness of leg. My back was not examined, redness of leg was put down to lymphoedema. Although the paramedic was a very nice person I was very disappointed not seeing a GP.

Review titled Friendly Clinic
Rated 4 stars out of 5

I have been with this clinic ever since they were in Leytonstone Road. I have always been comfortable with the way the staff members handled my problems. They were always friendly, polite, caring and ever ready to help resolve any issues or concerns I raised. The way and manner they would also follow up my situation was very reassuring.

Review titled Good consultation
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Janet William - Posted on 01 July 2023
The doctor listened carefully to what I wished to discuss and was very pleasant and considerate. She did a range of tests. At no time did I feel rushed. She made a referral for further tests. Overall I was very happy with my consultation.

Review titled Finally getting some f2f
Rated 4 stars out of 5

After a period of zoom I’ve had my first face to face meetings with a doctor. I really think that’s needed. I have recently seen a junior doctor who was thorough and attentive just what the practice needs.

Everything is good . However , proper education is not provided to the new patients . This happened for me . I am diabetic and none of the doctors or the practitioners informed me that I am eligible for medical exemption form . I had also e spend £40 as this was not advised and now I don’t have any one from the practice who can help me with this to get resolve and at least give me the exemption card one month backdated as mentioned in the nhs app
