Just needed to have bit of filling drilled off as to much put on 4 months ago , and he polished teeth, rushed me in and out, called me liar as he said I cancelled appointment, witch I did not. The polish he only done half of teeth most of them was still brown colour , and my tongue still bleeding trying to get of over filling, and no injection throughout all this.

The Reception team kindly fitted me in at short notice after an longstanding Crown had been dislodged and the Dentist as always was outstanding in the care and treatment carried out. I was most grateful I was able to keep the existing Crown which has always been an excellent fit, and he was able to refit it so expertly. Thank-you

The dentist was able to identify that I needed a new filling, sort out a larger than usual gap in between my teeth and perform a deep clean. I was happy with my treatment and he cleaned my teeth very well. The dentist gave me a running commentary about everything he did and I really appreciated the way he worked.

I paid for my treatment in advance, when u was leaving I was told I had to pay extra because their prices has gone up. Disgraceful. If I was to pay a deposit in another store and the price of an app, would I be expected to pay more??

Dear Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. As an NHS dental practice we have to charge the correct NHS fees. Unfortunately in between you paying a deposit and having your examination appointment the NHS charges increased, we have no control over this and have to pass on the price increases to patient. Went in for an emergency, the dentist didn’t even x-ray my mouth and put in a filling over my exposed nerve causing me sooo much more pain and distress than what I was originally in then told me to call 111 for a new same day appointment

I am usually very nervous and anxious about going to the dentist but not anymore the dentist at Abby dental service is very professional and easily put my mind to ease. He talks me through the process and informed him any pain to put my left hand up I didn't have to it was pain free

I visited the dentist for a check up on the health of my teeth. I was advised of the dentists findings and recommendations once she had examined my teeth and asked to book another appointment for 6 months time so that she can continue to monitor the health of my teeth. I will follow the dentists recommendations. I was happy with the service and treatment I received at my appointment.
