The team that I see were so very friendly, kind, caring and made me feel relaxed. They were upbeat and happy, they reassured me and gave positivity. You didnt judge you or talked down to you and were helpful without making you look small like other dentists that make you feel mentally down after. I have to say the best staff I have come across here and including reception.

My experience was really good - receptionists were nice as well as the dentist who worked on me. She seemed really educated and was happy to support and answer any questions I had. The only issue is that I was given a ‘temporary filling’ (which is fine as it was an emergency appointment) and was told it will last for a year max. I had this filling completed on 2nd August at 3pm. By 7pm, a part of the filling chipped!!!! I have tried to call them today but they are closed. I’m really upset as I had to pay £26 for this service and was considering moving my dentist over to them too. I am really hoping they will be seeing me on Monday and will sort out the chipped filling as it didn’t even take a full day!!

I was well received and supported by the receptionist who fee synthetic with me due to the pain I was going through. The dentist and the nurse are equally good. During the process, they were very careful in maintaining my dignity, they cleaned my chest, changed the wet cotton in my mouth. Asking from time to time if I am experiencing pain . Well supported, respected and good with me.

I feel nowadays dentist are like a converbelt . Four ppl in room and they want you in and out. This dentist has changed a lot since I joined in 1980’s. They are friendly and nice . But do feel lack the personal like we use to call our dentist by name until he retired. He knew I was a nervous patient and always looked after me before even looking at my teeth . This unfortunately as gone so have to gear myself up to go. I feel the personal touch is now longer there …,

Receptionist staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were polite and approachable. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything and answered all questions. I was seen timely. Always a good experience.
