I always feel confident and reassured when visiting for my appointments and having treatment with my Dentist who always gives me good advice reguarding treatment and offering me choices which is important the staff are professional and polite and i would recommend the practice.

I have been both a private and NHS client at this surgery and the service is excellent. There are a few new staff from dentists to reception but all were professional and polite. They kept me informed when surgery was running a little behind so you're not just left sitting there. Payment up front for my check up so no waiting around at the end brilliant and efficient. The whole surgery is very clean and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery for both Private or NHS, you are treated with the same professionalism and politeness.

My dentist is excellent as always, but I getting fed up with the increasingly long waits for an appointment that lasts for approximately 2 minutes! I am told to be early to sign in, then wait for 45 minutes in a cramped and busy reception area, some people made to wait in the porch!! This needs to be addressed…at least have a decent waiting room like you used to!

Far too many many people in reception, in the dentist 1hour for a check up!! Why we have to pay upfront before treatment is nonsense I ended up wiring again after treatment to pay for extras. Total waste of time, ADC is more interested in private now than NHS

Nervous patient, all staff very friendly and approachable. Therapist and Dentist team were very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything that they were doing throughout procedure. Which as a result eased my nerves and made the procedure/ treatment a less frightening experience.

The treatment was done with care and consideration for me and was explained to me step by step as she went along which was really helpful in knowing what to expect next. Pain free even without a numbing injection. My best visit to a dental practice yet and I’m 62 so that’s saying something as I have always been to the dentist and looked after my teeth from a very young child to now.

The fact that the hygienist was as good as ever . I found out other NHS patients are being seen and it is the luck of the draw if we maintained a service and I didn’t so asked this to be raised x

I had a couple. Of filling to be done I didn’t need my gums numbing the lady doing my treatment was so light with what she was doing I never felt a thing did not feel like anything had been done brilliant
