Asking to pay before you go in. That was a surprise. I think this ought to be incorporated in the reminder text that is sent out, giving people warning. This also holds up the appointment time, when you do this and when you have to fill in forms.

The NHS service provided is not great you seem to have locum dentists that havent got a clue what the surgery offer. I left not knowing when I need to go back for next appointment just being told I will need to return frequently. The dentists in the surgery shouldn’t be allowed to pick and chose if they want NHS or Private patients which is what seems to be going on within this surgery, As I state the NHS treatment here is not great and the patients seem to get a lower professionalism in regards to receiving treatment from temp dentists which are clearly hired to deal with marjority of the NHS patients.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. I was in the waiting room a while and noticed how attentive they were when patients walked in/called the practice. The dentist was lovely, put me at ease and offered great advice.

My appointment was delayed by half hour. I was pressed for time. Also not offered scale and polish anymore. Is this no longer given on NHS

Friendly staff both on reception and in the treatment room. First time bringing my son and it was a calm and stress-free visit.

My dentist was great as usual- took time to explain impact of medication I’m due to start. Reception area was poor- full of waiting patients, no seats and crammed in.
