Both dentist and hygienist were very informative. I can’t lie too flat due to dizziness but both very good and let me tell them when I was most comfortable.

The dentist was friendly and polite and took the trouble to distract my daughter, who was nervous about her visit to the dentist. The receptionists were also very friendly and professional, unlike at our previous dentist.

I asked about a treatment for a discoloured tooth and was planning on getting a crown as I thought that would be the best option but when booking it the girl on reception went to check with another dentist who asked me to come straight in and let him look. He then told me a better option which wouldn’t involve breaking the tooth down like it would with a crown. I was then booked straight in with him for the treatment. Probably the best interaction I’ve had in a while.

Although on 10 am, it was obvious all dentists were behind due to the amount of people waiting. The waiting area is not fit for purpose as people had to stand. Not acceptable for the amount of money you pay. No problem with the dentist.

Dentist listened to my concerns which is very important to me as had previous bad experience. She discussed my options for treatment and we agreed the best follow up actions.
