Quality of staff is great. Dentist and hygienist explain dentistry requirements in good detail with options to consider regarding tooth/ gum care.

From the time you walk in the door theres such a calming vibe. It puts you at ease. Wonderful friendly staff. Pleasant surroundings. Brilliant treatment. What more could one want. The best dentist ever. Well done all the team!!

Service ran on time. I don’t like the fact that I have to pay up front but can’t get a receipt for what I have paid for until I have had the treatment. Either pay and give receipt on arrival or at the end. Having to go back is pointless!

Dentist was lovely and did a thorough check and clean of my teeth within my check up appointment- normally they try to persuade u to book a hygienist appointment for a clean but it was done within my check up (probably not as thorough as with a paid hygienist appointment) but nonetheless I was happy

30 minute wait for my appointment. As a client if I was half hour late for my appointment I’d have been charged for it, but it doesn’t seem to work the other way.

The staff here are lovely, and the dentist is brilliant, calmed my nerves by chatting about my weekend and stuff and was very gentle. Hardly had to wait either. Definitely recommend Amblecote dental care.
