The two ladies that looked after me this morning were fabulous. Very friendly and very professional. My treatment was good and prompt. Could not be happier.

I have been a patient of the practice for some years due to the caring, attentive and professional staff. On visiting the practice yesterday I witnessed that despite some patients being challenging, the reception staff were extremely polite and provided excellent customer service, they were a credit to the practice.

Positives. Safe, clean and hygienic, Negatives. Private dentistry but without the real benefits of private dentistry experience. Membership is expensive compared with other providers in the area. Ok if you need a basic family dentist, but might as well go to a NHS dentist for this.

Appointment was never on time, for the whole time with practice. Whilst it is private, it isn’t particularly specialised or expertise. Basic dentist.

My care was above and beyond ,The make dentist who started last year is outstanding ,Not only is his care delivery,but his whole manner i couldn't of ever wished for a better dentist
