The actual appointment was ok but just wished I could be seen on time, appointment was 9.30, I’m told it’s the first one but wasn’t seen till 9.40 and then felt rushed.

The second dentist lady the nhs she very nice n likes things perfect for her clients and makes sure your comfortable and relaxed

Receptionist very polite and informative. My Dentist as always gave me a really good service, she answered all my questions and gave me her full time & attention throughout my visit.

Friendly staff from receptionist, nurses and dentists. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Appointment was on time and no delays. Good detail, instructions and options on dental treatment before it was completed and costing too.

Charge band 1 then an extra £40 for a scale and polish. Charges were not explained. Not impressed will not be using this practice again.

Contacted by email booked my appointment saw receptionist waited called for my son treatment,was spoken to attentively and politely treatment given . All in all a very good experience.
