I was kept waiting for some time in fact twenty minutes. I liked the hygienist and he did a good job. His communication skills I feel could be better. I was expecting some feedback at the end about my future treatment and was uncertain if I should go. I had decided to try the practice hygienist instead of upstairs as there seems to be a pattern of lateness. There still is. I can understand emergency with a dentist but if a customer needs two sessions then tell them immediately and keep to time else knock on all morning for the client

Everything! Receptionists are always so polite and welcoming! Dentists and assistants are always spot on with their service. Best dentist I've ever used.

Excellent work. Very good dentist and very nice lady. Saved a tooth that I was told was beyond saving. Always explains everything and asks what I want to do. In and out of the chair quickly, even for a (painless) root canal. Would recommend.

Would recommend all doors washed down and maintained periodically . Doors very sticky through human contact. 3 doors touched; all same.

In all my years of going to the dentist I have never had such a bright smile afterwards. I feel as though I was not treated merely as a "patient" but the dentist truly ensured that I was looked after which made me feel reassured and I was able to leave more confident

The dental staff from reception to the dentist are always pleasant and friendly nothing is ever to much trouble my dentist semma always puts me at ease she is a very nice considerate lady
