I have used the surgery for many years. The booking system, reception staff and the dentistry expertise I receive is second to none. That is why, although living in Cheshire, I would never change from Asden House. They are true professionals but most of all you are treated with genuine care and an honest appraisal of your dental needs. 5 star

Receptionists are polite & helpful. My dentist is wonderful, she’s puts me at ease & she’s restored my faith in dentists again. Thank you very much.

The waiting is my main issue Appt booked for 9am dentist did not arrive until 9:30am. Other than that no issues

Mix up with my appointment time, but receptionist asked my dentist if she would be able to see me and asked me to wait. Dentist kindly fitted me in and I was seen within 20 minutes of my original appointment time.

They checked my teeth and then let me know what was going on and that I needed antibiotics and a return visit. Very excellent visit

Dentist was lovely and treatment was professional and timely. If we didnt have to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time to be seen.

The appointment time should be rename the waiting time. I have never gone in less than 20 minutes after my appointment. I understand there are emergency but surely one of the three receptionist could say something. By doing it would make it seem you respect my time.

Was opened for my Saturday appointment which I didn't realised they did until my original appointment had to be changed. Plus, it is very clean and the staff are all lovely.
