Difficult to put into words, but overall? Professionalism, a team calmly coping despite the current economic climate. I feel fortunate to be a beneficiary of their service.

The shop is always busy but it seems well run, plenty of counter staff running things efficiently, very nice dentist and assistant, prompt friendly and professional

Had to wait for twenty five minutes without an explanation. This happens all the time. I appreciate you have emergencies etc but the receptionist should be informed so she can relay to patients.

The 2 ladies that treated us, they were very friendly, easy to talk to and very caring towards us all. Especially my youngest child.

First time seeing a different dentist and I have to say she was really nice very thorough but gentle too, I’m a bit nervous of going to the dentist but she put me completely at ease……
