I tried to get an earlier appointment when I broke a tooth, was told the appointment I already had for cleaning was the soonest I could be seen. While that appointment did get moved forward by 11 days, it was a waste of time. No cleaning was done, and I was told the soonest my broken tooth could be dealt with was 4/1/24. I first called about it in September. Is this poor service because I am an NHS patient?

How the receptionist, assistants and dentist all work as one to make me feel comfortable, my interactions with said staff has never not been anything other than superb.

I have been with this dentist for many years. Always had excellent service from a number of different dentists. My latest visit was no exception. Professional, friendly, and very helpful. Lucky to be one of their patents.

The reception staff were brilliant and really helpful and proactive. They arranged for me to have an X Ray and to see a dental surgeon ( to remove the root of a tooth) at very short notice. Brilliant!

The reception staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The dental practitioners are also welcoming and friendly explaining any questions the patient has.

Usual regular check up appointment , & once again the service was excellent. The lovely female dentist was very friendly, polite & very efficient, cannot fault the experience. Thank you.

2nd visit that was not organised. Assistant kept dropping things on the floor, nothing was ready she had to keep going in the drawer for things, dentist had to keep explaining things to her. Dentist did not explain to my child what she was doing, all the messing around made my child extremely nervous and upset. Now just had follow up appt cancelled. Will be going elsewhere

I had a dental check up and the dentist identified that a filling was required and could get it done the next day which exceeded my expectations. I am happy to recommend this practice.

I have been with this NHS dentist for years. Not had any bad experience with them. Will look into their healthier teeth and gum monthly membership plan for £10.50 as my partner needs a dentist.
