Who likes going to the dentist’s nobody! So my expectations were very high on how much pain would be involved. The dentist and assistant were amazing at making me feel relaxed. The only pain I felt was the injections, really we haven’t discovered a better way yet! Thank you.

I had an appointment for 10.05 but it was late by 45 mins which in turn made me late for work I really was not happy about this as I couldn't cancel and make another appointment as it wouldn't be for another 6 months. It was a check up but I needed a filling that had a niggling pain so I felt really frustrated

I have been at this practice a number of years and now I have the same dentist every time is reassuring as I am very nervous. She is a lovely lady and puts me at ease. Highly recommended

Due to complications managed to reschedule my appointments. Staff very friendly and efficient. Explained course of treatment to be under taken simply at every step.

I have a wonderful dentist at Banbury Dental Practice. She is always very patient and explains clearly the process and procedures involved in any dental work I have needed. The work she completed to save a tooth using root canal was sensational.

I have always received great care here at this practice .. today I had a tooth out and as it had broken off I was worried but the dentist was very patient and didn’t rush it .. it was removed after 20 mins and and felt no pain

I had a cracked tooth that needed a filling. I rang Monday to ask to bring my appointment sooner to which I was told this is not possible, my appointment was still 3 months away. I rang next day and asked for an emergency appointment and they told me to call back first thing next day. I rang back next morning to be told nothing available, I asked how the emergency appointments work, to which I was told there is only a couple slots available each day. I asked how many were available the next day, I was told a few in morning and a few in the evening but nothing for the current day. I rang back first thing next morning, was only caller number 3 and was told no appointments and to try another dentist. After trying different dentists to no avail I rang back to ask for advice and was luckily offered an appointment for later that day. This appointment wasn’t available only half hour ago. I was left in pain for days and wasn’t offered even pain relief until an appointment got be made. I feel as though emergency appointments for people in pain should be made more accessible. 4 days in pain with a broken tooth was horrible. Can’t fault the dentist herself as she was lovely and treatment was great

I was very anxious to have two teeth removed but the dentist put me at ease and continued to support me throughout the procedure. The extraction went smoothly and quickly. Aftercare was talked through clearly and thoroughly.
