To be honest in the past I have had issues with the receptionists’ attitude but today I found them to be businesslike (not exactly friendly I admit, but certainly professional. Clinical staff were as usual very good, in fact their new signing that I saw today was excellent.

Nice, efficient & friendly reception team. The lovely lady dentist i had was so caring, explaining everything as she went along. Really put me at ease, making me feel less nervous about my next appt.

Receptionists very good and helpful. I have a lovely caring dentist. Explained procedure very clearly so I knew what to expect. Very pain free experience even with injections & drilling. All very carefully & calmly done. Very helpful in answering questions too.

Having attended this Dentist Practice for many years I have always found that they offer a good level of service and advice. I have never had to use the emergency service so can't comment on access or availability of emergency appointments.

In general going to the dentist is not something we look forward to and is a posible reason for all the failed/missed appointments which Was quite rightly displayed in the dental practice today along woth the number of successful appointments. If people had the same experience as myself today then i think less appointments would me missed. The two young ladies who dealt with myself today were both pleasent, professional and calming in what can be quite a stressful situation.

I saw the specialist to get a tooth removed. He was very professional informing me along the way what he was doing. Very good service. Reception kept me informed as the specialist was running late.

Starting with the bad, so we end the review on the good- because overall they are a good dentist, and that's the takeaway, but this is an honest review of my recent experience. Bad: - My appointment was changed without consultation or explanation to another appointment 3 weeks later. - I was booked in for 2.15pm (middle of the workday) and wasn't seen until 2.15. There was no apology for how this delay may affect the rest of my day. - During the procedure the dentist didn't warn me when she was numbing my face, accidentally flooded my face with the water spray and both she and the technician laughed, accidentally hit me across the jaw with the suction, and leaned so heavily on the teeth she wasn't working on that they ache so badly the next day. - The biggest issue- the appointment was to fix a problem they initially caused (bad filling the first time around) and yet I had to pay full price for the fix. Good: - They have appointments. - The staff are friendly, including the receptionists who were polite and efficient. - The dentist made me feel at ease before and after the procedure. - The dentist did check regularly that I wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. - The practice was a good temperature

Highly recommend this practice. From the receptionist, dental nurse to oral surgeon. All so kind, caring and efficient. Made a nasty procedure more bearable.

I was referred here by my local NHS dentist for more specialist work and I have to say that whilst I arrived quite anxious, as many people do with dental procedures my mind was put to rest quickly. The whole experience including the friendliness and communication from the staff was really first class. I felt valued and cared for throughout.
