I am quite an anxious person when it comes to Dental/medical appointments, but today i was approached in a manor of calm and collective. And i really appreciated that, it made me feel at ease, calm and comfortable.

Do not understand why I had to pay £25 deposit for my next hygiene appointment when I have never missed an appointment? I read your terms and conditions upstairs in the waiting room and you only charge if people miss appointments I have not? When I told the receptionist this she just replied we have to do this, so please put the correct notices on your message boards!

The reception staff are extremely nice and friendly at this practice. The dental practitioner and her assistant were extremely nice and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this practice 100%

Had a severe toothache phoned the three mornings on the trot and they couldn't get me in,on the fourth day I had an appointment at 12-30 , left with antibiotics and an appointment for next week. Great service and lovely staff

My appointment was scheduled for 14.30 but I had to wait 20min before being called in. I was only in the room for 5 minutes too. Apart from the wait the dentist was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff friendly very efficient quickly and painlessly removed the tooth and replaced adapted denture the whole experience was very easy for me thank you.
