The standard of service was the best I ever received since visiting any hygienist at Banbury dental care. Hopefully stretch continue I really appreciate their service Thanks thanks it was worth every penny

My dentist has changed a few times since I’ve been at this practice but they have all been really helpful and listen to your teeth problems

Hygienist was great - very skilled and kind. It's a National Scandal that there are not enough NHS dentists. I have to wait six months now for a check up.

I have a long time fear of going to the dentist and today the receptionists plus dental staff who looked me over were so nice and made me feel a lot less anxious about coming back in the future, would/have recommended this practice to family & friends :)

Walked through the door i was met by a very plesent young lass at the reception desk,then when i went in to see the dentist both she &her nurse were very friendly.i am always by kindness.

Great dentists, explain clearly the options and make you feel that you are valued and looked after, and that the check up is thorough and at no time rushed.

Surgeon was very caring and explained everything as was the dental nurse. Receptionist were also very friendly

I had a tooth that was painful if I tried to bite on it, but not if I didn't. I tried many days phoning for an appointment with no joy. Eventually I did get an appointment and it was discovered that the tooth had cracked beneath the gum line and had to be extracted. I was booked in two days later and although the extraction was tricky for the dentist it was successfully carried out and it was pain free for me. Just before the extraction the filling fell out as well, so it was treated in the nick of time. The staff are pleasant and helpful, but with their staff levels it is difficult to get an appointment. This is a pity because they do seem to be trying to give the best service they can in the circumstances.
