I have been a satisfied National Health patient here for over 30yrs. I was worried about possible changes to care with changes the practice was making to cope with the national health funding changes, meaning that more straightforward work and checkups, etc would be carried out by a Dental Therapist. My filling had fallen out so I booked an appointment-I was fitted in within 5 days (which was quicker than I was expecting). The therapist was extremely polite, explained everything thoroughly and completed a checkup and repaired two other chips to my front teeth all in the same visit. She repaired the broken filling efficiently and skillfully. She was extremely careful with my very sensitive teeth and gums, stopping the drill every few seconds to avoid causing any pain. I was delighted with the end result and paid the level 2 National Health fee for a thoroughly professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

From booking to arrival to treatment a really lovely experience. All were friendly whilst professional. My treatment was explained and talked through as it progressed. This gave me huge confidence and trust in all involved.

This was the 1st time I saw, this Dentist she introduced her self, and checked all my details. She then proceed to look at my teeth given them a thorough check, she then gave them clean. She stopped every few minutes to make sure I was OK. I was very impressed with the treatment I received, and with the Dentist. Thank you very much.

The ladies on reception were very welcoming and helpful as were all the staff in the practice. The waiting areas as usual were very clean and tidy. My six monthly check up was dealt with by the dental staff efficiently and on time.

I attended today (12/08/2024) for my Dental Hygienist appointment. She was very professional, experienced, polite and did my teeth clean and polish job to my utmost satisfaction with a smile on her face. I found her to be one of the best ones.

I had a dental cosmetic consultation today to discuss having invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth. The appointment lasted approximately 30 minutes. There was a lot of information to take in but I did not feel it was rushed and there was time for me to ask questions. I was also sent the information afterwards via email which I appreciated as it was a lot to remember. I had been nervous and felt emotional about attending the appointment as I have waited so long to have my teeth straightened and was worried the doctor may not be able to help me. However, the doctor was kind and made me feel relaxed, they showed me photos of their work; answered all my questions, and I came away feeling very confident with their knowlege, skills, experience and professionalism. I would highly recommend a cosmetic consultation to anyone interested in invisalign or orthodontic treatment.
