Phoned for emergency appt. Seen 4 hours later for extraction. Very useful email sent afterwards covering after extraction care.

Temporary filling fell out on a Saturday and over the weekend the remaining ragged tooth played havoc with my tongue. Phoned Monday for treatment to find planned appointments booked for a week or so ahead. Given nature of pain receptionist agreed to investigate and emergency booking became available. Reception is dedicated to helping patients getting the best and quickest treatment. Dental team was professional at all times during procedure and always attentive to patient needs. It is reassuring to be with Bassett Dental Practice knowing they are doing their best at all times for their many patients and working hard to juggle with our dental needs sometimes at short notice. Great to know my teeth are in safe hands.

Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. New and modern facilities together with efficient service. I felt relaxed and reassured. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to have an existing filling drilled out + replaced. Past experiences led me to feel anxious beforehand. However the receptionists, dentist + dental technician were all kind, welcoming + made me feel comfortable + reassured. The treatment was completely painless + over quickly. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Very efficient, pleasant receptionists, emailed to advise problems with temporary closing of a road which affected parking. The booking system is smooth and they remind you well in advance of the appointment and then much nearer the day. The Dentist and Hygienist both very efficient and pleasant. Immaculate staff dress and premises. Very high standard all round….. I feel fortunate to be registered with this Surgery
