Been trying to get some fillings done since July had 3 appointments but nothing has been done on any of them, saying I will have to come back giving different excuses every time, now they have cancelled my next appointment but will not give a new date giving the following excuses 1, they will phone me back the next day with a new date (no phone back). Having taken 3 days to contact them with at least 100 phone calls with no answer 2) they will definitely phone me back the next day with a new date (no phone back) and also they have a new dentist starting the next week, (I heard them say the same thing over the phone when waiting for one of my appointment). Having taken another 3 days to contact them with at least 100 phone calls with no answer 3, they will have to talk to the dentist tomorrow and then they will categorically phone me back the next day with a new date (no phone back)!!

My husband and I met yesterday for our check up ( not been since January 2022) due to dentist keep on moving the appointment! Receptionist said our appointment was cancelled and she had been ringing us all day ! Neither of us had a missed call so she was lying ! New appointment October , won’t hold my breath , dreadful how they treat people ! Would I recommend….no!

Fed up with the practice keep cancelling my family appointments. Always cancel last minute. Typically after I’ve completed all the forms for my family. Just had our appointment cancelled for the second time. Then get told you have to wait months when they do rebook you in. I’m not holding out much luck for my third appointment especially after seeing all these reviews.

Received an email on the morning of my appointment to say it was "postponed." Was given a link in the email to rebook which when clicked on said "this dentist does not offer online appointments." Have since called three times and left voicemails and emailed reception to try and rearrange my appointment and have had no contact back. They just do not answer the phone, is anyone even on the other end? Are they even open? Is anyone there? It is becoming impossible, and not everyone can afford to go private. Unacceptable.

The practice emailed me to cancel my July appointment, I have been ringing the practice most days to rearrange. All I get is the voice mail asking me to ring back during opening times 0845-1800... which I am, there is no option to leave a message, and no way of emailing them. I'm disgusted at the way myself and other patients have been treated!

Have been trying for the last 4 months to book my son's next appointment. They wouldn't book it at his last appointment, didn't return phone calls and then said his dentist had left & try in a couple of months. They are not answering the phone and the mail box is full so cannot leave a message for a call back. Very poor service - no duty of care to their patients.

I have been trying to get a filling for the last 7months. I had 3 canceled appointment, when I can see them, they just booked me for a checkup and charged me 2 times. They just give me numbing toothpaste to keep me going. I had appointment for the 7th, they canceled on the 6th. Now they have no ETA on another appointment.

My kids appointment has been cancelled for three times since Febuary. And for the fourth time they said the appointment wasn't even been booked, though they booked it in person when we attended for the third time and also the lady promised us that it won't get cancelled. My kids heard the lady Promising me that the fourth appointment wasn't going to be cancelled like the ones before; even my kids now call them a big Lier. Thanks for teaching my kids a Great lesson "to Lie others". They didn't let me know in advance that those appointments were cancelled and they pick up phone either. I had to pick up my kids from School missing all their valuable Education to attend those appointment and find out that it got cancelled everytime. Their excuse is that the Dentist had Covid or dentist called in sick, but why does the dentist always get some sort of Disease everytime on the day when my kids got their appointment? what a cheap Lie. Somebody in the Authority should step in and need to sort things out.

Had a check up appointment on 24th July. When i arrived i was told it was cancelled 2 weeks previous but they neglected to let me know. Disgusting practice and bad management

Following appointment on 7/6 I was advised an hour long appointment was required to remove a tooth. I went to reception and was given the date of 19/6 @ 10am and the receptionist wrote this on a piece of paper which she handed to me. 19/6 I arrived for my appointment in plenty of time to be told that there was not an appointment recorded for me! I found this very upsetting as I find it difficult to walk any distance due to spinal problems and now had to struggle home without having had any treatment. I had to rest for a while before undertaking the return journey.
