The dentist and his dental nurse are an excellent team. They put me at ease while I had 1 hours worth of treatment. The dentist took such care and worked really hard to repair my front teeth. Thankyou.

Rang and left message for callback, no callback received. Travelled to surgery No longer on database, military dependants. Told me to ring 111, 111 told me to go back in and ask for emergency help. Office said they would call me back. They said this morning that would happen. Never called back. They are unhelpful, rude. Don’t go to this dentist. She said that she wasn’t being unhelpful. She proved that completely wrong. Customer satisfaction zero. No people skills and NHS employ these sorts of people.

Since covid I have been trying to get a checkup with my practice and still haven't been able to get one. I ring and leave messages, I email and even go down to the practice I person to book. When I have turned up in person I have been given an appointment only to be cancelled a few days later. The latest appointment given was for bank holiday may 6th. I queried this at the time in-person booking but was told that it would be going ahead. It wasn't! The practice is shut today and no one has cancelled us. Dreadful customer service. I don't know who to complain to as it is not the receptionist fault a d they are only people I can get in contact with and only when I turn up in person. So frustrating, just wish they'd shut or give appointments!

Turned up for an appointment to be told it was cancelled. The reception staff argued with me saying they had phoned to say but this is the 5th time they have said that. I have not seen anyone in over 2 years Disgraceful service

Same problem as previous people firstly, cancelled appointment, turned up, no notification, but went for check up later and needed a filling for fractured tooth. Turned up yesterday, was seen spot on time, the dentist, cannot remember his name, African gentleman, and his nurse were lovely, very polite and professional, carried out my treatment, also tidied up other fillings. Excellent service from them, many thanks. Slight concern when tried to book my next check up for a years time when told to ring the surgery a month prior to when it should be and make an appointment then. This feels like the surgery might not be there then.

Appointments cancelled continually. Phone never answered. Messages never replied to. I'm now on my 5th day of calling and the phone still hasn't been answered.

I have rung 4 times now to find out what time my appointment is on 9th no response. My son who is disabled not able to get an appointment for over a year.

After nine months of appointments being cancelled, I am still waiting for urgent dental treatment. While my dental health deteriorates, I am left, unable to make appointments, able to speak to a dentist, unable to make progress with reception. Almost never answer the phone and very rarely reply to voice messages left with reception.

The practice regularly cancels appointments, and they do not always tell you they have done so until you turn up. If you have received notification of a cancellation or postponement and try to call them to rebook, they never pick up the phone. If you leave a message, as requested by their answering machine which promises they "will call back as soon as possible", they never call back. The only way to rebook appointments is to turn up in person.

Abrupt communication from some reception staff (also hard to get through on the phone, took me 2 days!) Oddly haughty, abrupt and patronising communication. Uncalled for and Unprofessional. It's a shame because the actual dentist/nursing staff are nice.
