I was in a lot of pain with a lose Tooth and was very grateful to speak with the amazing receptionist who managed to get me in immediately .. I feel this was lucky as I know how busy they are. But the treatment was very sympathetic and immediate . I am so very grateful for all the staff at this dentist who looked after me . You know who you are .

With all of these negative reviews why is nothing done Once again I turned up to be told say that they had tried to call to advice unforeseen circumstances. No one called me I walked in to hear the reception staff making comments about their dentists Not had an appoint kept for 17 months now

Our last inspection was in December 2022. Our 9 month review was cancelled, then another appointment, then another. Each time we were not told before the appointment time it was cancelled. The practice claim e-mails are sent, but none were received. This is the worst service I have experienced in my 69 years.

After a catalogue of cancelled appointments all with the excuse 'unforeseen circumstances', I can only conclude that this outfit is not paying their contracted dentists, and they, rightly, simply quit.

During summer 2023 I found the practice locked up and barred when I called with a note on the door saying to contact a number which was never answered. I decided to see if things had changed November 2023 and again the door was locked although a receptionist eventually answered. When i tried to make an appointment she claimed not to be able to find me though I have been a patient there for many years.

I made a dental hygienist appt on 10/10 and they’ve cancelled it on 12/10. “The hygienist is ill” Seems to be a regular excuse they use for cancelling any appointment. That or family emergency. First experience with them and it’ll be the last. Should have listened to the reviews.

Been trying to get some fillings done since July had 3 appointments but nothing has been done on any of them, saying I will have to come back giving different excuses every time, now they have cancelled my next appointment but will not give a new date giving the following excuses 1, they will phone me back the next day with a new date (no phone back). Having taken 3 days to contact them with at least 100 phone calls with no answer 2) they will definitely phone me back the next day with a new date (no phone back) and also they have a new dentist starting the next week, (I heard them say the same thing over the phone when waiting for one of my appointment). Having taken another 3 days to contact them with at least 100 phone calls with no answer 3, they will have to talk to the dentist tomorrow and then they will categorically phone me back the next day with a new date (no phone back)!!

My husband and I met yesterday for our check up ( not been since January 2022) due to dentist keep on moving the appointment! Receptionist said our appointment was cancelled and she had been ringing us all day ! Neither of us had a missed call so she was lying ! New appointment October , won’t hold my breath , dreadful how they treat people ! Would I recommend….no!

Fed up with the practice keep cancelling my family appointments. Always cancel last minute. Typically after I’ve completed all the forms for my family. Just had our appointment cancelled for the second time. Then get told you have to wait months when they do rebook you in. I’m not holding out much luck for my third appointment especially after seeing all these reviews.
