I visited the dentist because I have lost a filling. The dentist put in a temporary filling and gave me an appointment to have a permanent filling at a later date.

Was seen on time, the dentist was thorough and said if I suffered any pain due to the replacement of a filing give them a call and they can prescribe some antibiotics. Pleasant and helpful but not cheap even though It is NHS.

We arrived a little bit before our time and waited for a while then once our appointment time was we was still running late and waiting wasn’t till I questioned what’s happening the lady on desk with you gotta wait the staff is running over time

Went as an emergency with possibility of infection. Seen immediately and problem treated immediately. Very good care taken

I attended Broadwater Dental Surgery today for a filling. The dentist and staff were friendly and treated me with respect. I have been a patient at this dentist for over 45 years and have always been treated with respect by the dentists and staff.

Appointment was on time and the receptionist was very friendly. Both the dentist and hygienist were very professional and gave good treatment and advice.

I was shown in slightly earlier than my app time. I was asked if I wanted x-rays taken as my ones were a few years old. I was told that these were part of the examination fee. These were done quickly and without any discomfort. my checkup was done smoothly. The dentist was friendly and polite throughout.

Excellent customer care attentive accommodating practice.. down to earth staff wanting to ensure comfort and calm when I arrive. I was delayed and phoned to inform reception but despite my lateness my dentist fitted me in Highly recommend this practice My dentist is fab and she always listened to my questions with interest and enthusiasm and gave a knowledgeable reply..10/10

Attended with my 6 year old son for routine check up. Receptionist was welcoming and efficient. We had a very short wait having arrived early but were seen before the appointment time. The dentist was really friendly and put my little boy at ease, asking about school etc. She did a thorough check of his teeth and gave us good advice at the end. Thank you very much.
