Too many email and text reminders. Told them on the phone I couldn’t make a certain day and then someone called me on that day to offer me a slot which I said I couldn’t make originally. So no notes added to my record. Then despite the million reminders to arrive for a 10am appointment I was kept waiting 30 mins. Not good when you’re trying to work.

I only remembered my appointment when cycling past them, I was rather embarrassed but they didn't mind. The hygienist was able to give my teeth a clean and the dentist took some xrays to check on the state of my teeth. All good and a pleasant visit.

Just had a quick visit to get a minor problem seen to. All went well, very friendly staff and got sorted out very quickly and to my satisfaction. Dentist, assistant and reception staff all first class

I visited the dentist because I have lost a filling. The dentist put in a temporary filling and gave me an appointment to have a permanent filling at a later date.

Longstanding patient - broke a tooth - emergency appointment promptly offered and tooth dealt with on first appointment, with return for cap fitting. Friendly professional care as always
