The team at Broadwater Dental Practice are always friendly and efficient, from the reception team, the hygienist and the Dentists. My experience today was the same. My dentist took her time to explain what she was doing and a plan of action.

A smooth checkup and session with the hygienist. Slight crack on side of two teeth spotted, cleaned and patched - they did both to save on a return visit. Again a pleasant (as can be expected :-) ) visit.

Phoned this morning to explain i had an abscess and was feeling poorly. The problem was delt with quickly and professionally. Thanks to the dentists and staff. you saved my day.

I had my teeth cleaned by a dental therapist, he did an amazing job, my teeth sparkled. He was very kind and thoughtful and made sure I was ok during the cleaning. He made me feel at ease as I am a bit nervous of going to the dentist.

I attended the dentist on 02/05/24 before hand I was called chasing up a blood test for the procedure that I needed unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the procedure as I needed a recent test, however the dentist said to still attend as she would sort out the other tooth I needed to have treatment for, I wasn’t looking forward to this as I had read how painful the treatment could be. On arrival I was greeted by the reception staff who were very polite then taken to see the dentist the dentist as always is so welcoming and calming it immediately put me at ease she explained why I couldn’t have the first procedure and I was quite happy with that as both herself and I did not want to put me at risk, she then explained what she would do today and how she would stop at anytime if the procedure was to painful she talked to me through the procedure reassuring me constantly, I felt no pain and was glad I had it done . The next morning the receptionist called me as the dentist had asked her to call me to make sure that I was well and in no pain . I could not have asks for better service and would highly recommend not only that dentist but the practice as well.

Great appointment with the Dental Hygienist. Careful, thorough cleaning, and helpful, health-focussed advice to enhance mouth hygiene and related benefits to overall health.

I had a tooth break which they had tried to save on two occasions previously but knowing it was a long shot. As it needs to come out and the roots they can either get a specialist in or refer me elsewhere. I asked them to refer me to Watton which they have done. The dentist is caring, professional and helpful. The only reason I asked for Watton is to get it done quicker and that I had a procedure done there before.

Went in today for a general check up and was advised on the best options for treatment moving forward. The team works closely together and this is a great reassurance to know that the care is approached holistically. I will be visiting the hygienist next week and I am really happy with the service so far.

Seen very quickly. Dentist was very clear with her treatment and helpful advice. Told me how I needed to trat my teeth going forward.
