I was shown in slightly earlier than my app time. I was asked if I wanted x-rays taken as my ones were a few years old. I was told that these were part of the examination fee. These were done quickly and without any discomfort. my checkup was done smoothly. The dentist was friendly and polite throughout.

Excellent customer care attentive accommodating practice.. down to earth staff wanting to ensure comfort and calm when I arrive. I was delayed and phoned to inform reception but despite my lateness my dentist fitted me in Highly recommend this practice My dentist is fab and she always listened to my questions with interest and enthusiasm and gave a knowledgeable reply..10/10

Another good experience at the dentist for my 6 month checkup. Friendly efficient staff in reception. My appointments with both the dentist and hygienist were on time, and as always I was made to feel valued and treated in a friendly manner.

Being someone who is petrified of the dentist, my interactions with broadwater dentist have been second to none. My dentist's friendly and calm nature has been an amazing help to calm my nerves. Always checking in that I'm okay and telling me step by step what she's about to do so I can be prepared. Very friendly atmosphere and always come out of there feeling calm and relaxed.

Trip to the dentist for a check up - very thorough, and offered fissure coating, to prevent deterioration of wisdom tooth. Trip back to hygienist for coating - pain-free and applied carefully to ensure it works well.

Friendly and caring staff. Assessed my problem with a thorough check up. Next appointment booked well in advance too. An event made very pleasant by people who care.

Over the years I have been a patient I have been very happy with my treatment. Also When my wife was alive pre covid also a patient at practice all her treatments were good.
