The Hygenist was very friendly and thorough. However I feel as a general rule the receptionists are not very welcoming or friendly. The lady today booked my appointment for scale and polish in April and advised me it would be £60. I paid the deposit at the time of booking and I understood i had £40 more to pay. I wss told today that it was £70! I pointed out to the receptionist that it was she who had told me the cost and booked the appointment but she denied it in quute an abrupt manner. Also on arrival i was told that they were running 30 minutes late but nobody phoned or texted me to advise me of this. I would not have chosen this clinic but my own dentist retired and we transferred without warning to this clinic. I hsve no complaints with my dentist who is lovely and v helpful. However the receptionists could be more welcoming and helpful. I have had several appoinments cancelled without explanation and no apology either. It is very frustrating!

I used to be scared stiff of going to the dentist due to traumatic experiences as a child in the 50s & subsequent visits to various dentists where I lived. When I first met Andrew, I explained my feelings & he has always been very gentle, unhurried, & explained what he was about to do. On this visit his manner made me relaxed in the chair as he gently examined my teeth & gums. He then carefully explained my options.

The dentist myself and my daughter see is very good. He’s calm and my daughter responds well to him.

Although excellent service from the Dentist, as usual the Receptionist was very unwelcoming and aloof - no change there I am afraid

Dentist was happy to discuss all aspects of any future treatment and listened to all concerns no matter how minor and to agree a plan going forward .

My dentist is a lovely young lady as is the dental nurse, my dentist is always very helpful, she did a filling today and explained everything she was doing and what to expect which puts you at ease ?

From the receptionist right through to the dental care I received was excellent. I have always felt relaxed which is a bonus when visiting a dentist

Really love reception staff, easy to book hygienist appointment, my dentist is amazing, so lovely and explained everything to me. Always made to feel at ease even with a wisdom tooth removal
