I needed a very short notice appointment, they got me in, I was seen on time and the issue diagnosed and antibiotics prescribed.

Niome and her assistant were very kind and reassuring to my wife who was in a lot of pain They fitted us in even though initially it was a check up that resulted in treatment Thank you and well done

Although my appointment was slightly delayed this was politely explained on arrival. The hygienist cheerfully and meticulously carried out her work and made suggestions for future treatments. I was very happy with the work that was done.

The Hygienist I went to see she is very polite , professional, courteous and I could not fault her however the Assistant seemed to be cold , distant and I had a feeling she did not want to be there I might be wrong but her demeanour was just not right and she never even said a word during my presence she was just off putting and did not want to engage with anyone in the room .

I was told that future treatment was to be descaling which was included in the original cost now it is to be more and costs a Further £70.50 which I do not have and do not want to pay. This is a real rip off. Can I not have this extra treatment?

Lovely young receptionist nothing is too much trouble for her, each time I visit. Hygienist is lovely and funny too. Makes it bearable!

Dentist explained what she was going to do ( filling and teeth/gum clean) procedures were only mildly painful and was given the opportunity to pause if necessary. Showed me how to use dental brushes correctly and was thoroughly professional and polite throughout.
