Professional, friendly and gentle dentist. All the staff were welcoming and friendly as well. The surgery, reception and waiting room were modern and gave the impression of a very caring practice.

Excellent service as always, from walking in the door, to being seen by the dentist, to leaving again. Makes going to the dentist a slightly better experience

I had a long procedure and I totally freak out about the dentist ! I feel when I attend that the staff know me well and put me at ease immediately, they explain everything so I know exactly what is happening and it never feels rushed. I absolutely recommend , all the staff from the receptionist , dentist and dental nurses are amazing , its completely changed my view/fear of a visit to the dentist

An emergency appointment was made for me on the same day requested. I was ushered to the surgery by the nurse in time where I explained the problem to the dentist and we discussed my recent dental history in some detail. After checking inside my mouth for possible sources of pain, the dentist dealt with the issue professionally, prescribed my a specialized mouthwash to help with the pain and gave me a follow-up appointment in a weeks time in case the problem persisted, with the possibility of referral to a specialist in case any further investigation would be necessary.

I always receive a brilliant service at Chelwood Dental! The dentist temporarily sorted out my issue today and gave me detailed advice on what treatment I needed going forward. Thank you for being so caring and professional.

The dentist was really thorough and explained everything well. She was great with our children and put them at ease. Unfortunately the receptionist was quite unwelcoming and unfriendly.
