My dentist took time to listen to my needs and then provided an option of choices before getting me in almost straight away for the most appropriate actions. Brilliant service

I get scale and polishing done at Chelwood once every 6 months. The staff are very friendly and the service is great. My gums have stopped hurting and they have been helpful and gave good advice.

Very grateful for an appointment for an increasingly painful cracked tooth arranged at short notice. Details of the problem and the proposed solution was carefully explained. One hour’s detailed work completed skilfully and professionally with minimum discomfort. All on the NHS. Excellent service.

Visit every six months and have done for a number of years. This visit was as good as all the previous appointments. The lady on reception, dentist and dental nurse were very pleasant, efficient & friendly. The dentist advised that I wasn’t paying enough attention to a certain area when brushing so was given some advice on my brushing technique. Quick clean & then downstairs to book my next appointment.

The kindness and understanding whilst carrying out a root canal procedure. Have a dodgy jaw and everything was done to make it as comfortable as possible - didn’t feel a thing! First class!

I am delighted with the service I received today. Wonderful staff, efficient and personal attention. My only problem was an upstairs room, however this has already been addressed for my next appointment. Thank you.

It was more of a sales pitch than a check up, and it was just a check up, no scale / polish, just an up-sell for a filling..
