Hygienist very capable and helpful, however no assistant available had to hold suction pipe myself, also the charge for treatment ie £69 I found exorbitant much more than usual,

I think your reception team are extremely competent. The dental team was too but I wanted to highlight the quality of the young lady running everything at the front desk.

I had a treatment done on time and efficiently and then went out to the reception to pay. The lovely girl on the desk was on her own on the phone trying to organise a date for someone's treatment, this conversation went on for 10 minutes in front of an increasing queue of people. By the time she had finished there were 6 people waiting inside and a further 5 outside in the street! She was very calm and apologetic and ran upstairs to try and get assistance from a colleague (all of whom were sat around doing nothing!) and she got no response from them. I would have offered to help myself but I was in a hurry. There were old people in the queue standing for ages with no chairs available and to say they were unimpressed is an understatement! I would like to recommend your receptionist for an instant promotion / pay rise, as people like her are few and far between and deserve looking after.

Unfortunately price of hygienist appointment has increased substantially within a few months. Receptionists not as pleasant as previous staff. Hygienist very good as always

We travel in from Swindon so ask for our 3 check up appointment are together. This was booked 6 months in advance. From 9.20 to finish at 10 am. 2 weeks before they get changed and split so we start at 9.15 and finish at 10:30. I asked for them to be put together but only 2, myself and my Son were together and my husband still had to wait until 10:10. We all arrived at 9:10. 2 appointment were finished by 9.45. At 10.15 my Husband what's the waiting so he asked what was the delay and he was told he hadn't been checked in. We didn't finish till about 10:45. When it came to re-booking for in 12 months time, we again asked for the three appointments to be together and was told we couldn't start any later than 9:15. Which is ridiculous when they're check up time slots finish at 11 o'clock. Appointment only takes 15 minutes, booking us in around 10 o'clock could easily be accommodated and would prevent us having to sit in rush hour traffic and have to leave 30 min earlier in order to arrive on time. This inflexibility is not customer focused.

Polite, Friendly & helpful staff. My experience is always on a personal level & the dentist is always extremely thorough & you leave feeling like a satisfied customer. I have complete confidence in my particular dentist.

I went straight in and the dentist checked my teeth without any discomfort and tightened the anchor clip on my plate and it is so much more comfortable
