The dentist really listened to my concerns and checked and double checked my teeth. The nurse was super helpful too and came back to reception to update me on the x-ray

I turned up to my appointment to be told it had been cancelled. No phone call or email. This has happened to me before. Managed to likely get an appointment a week later. Overall service was good

I had band two treatment in may with a follow up appointment in august which resulted in me having to have another band two appointment for a troublesome tooth I have had for quite some time.

The hygieneest was verry good. But i was disappointed that i couldnt change my next apointment with the dentist. I had to cancel then rebook now have to wait a further 6months?

I am very nervous of any dental work having had some unpleasant experiences in the past with other dental practises. The treatment I have had at Chipping Manor has been of the highest standard, and the best I have ever had.

Friendly staff, appt was on time, surgery was spotless, treatment of, condition of teeth & found ailment fully explained, further treatment options offered without pressure nor judgment

The personal treatment was good She explained to me where i was going wrong with my cleaning my teeth , and what to use each time each brush , very friendly .

The dentist herself was fantastic, very thorough and helpful, made me feel at ease and I’d give her a 5* review. The surgery on the other hand is hard to communicate with, i’ve spent over 2 hours on hold on the phone only to be cut off or told the answer machine is full, on 2 separate occasions. The surgery often cancel my appointments with no reason other than the NHS is cutting back on appointments! Wow! So all in all a 3* review.
