Its a shambles. Everytime I visit I am kept waiting for min 40 mins with no prior warning. If they let me know in advance they are running late, I wouldn't have to leave work so early and lose income. If I walked in 45 mins late and said, I am ready now, they wouldn't be happy and would most likely charge me for a missed appointment. The dentist is rude, abrupt, makes you feel terrible if your teeth are not perfect. After being made to wait and paying for a 30 minute appointment, I was rushed in, given 15 mins to complete my filling and rushed out and the dentist said, she was prepared to do my filling, after making me wait 45 mins! If I could switch to another dentist I absolutely would as I dread going in there.

very impressed with the pleasant response to telephone call (when eventually answered) and prompt providing of appointment. Had to see a dentist privately but very relieved to find I didn't need invasive treatment!

Acute pain over weekend, suspected a dental abscess.Phoned practice at 8am Monday,given appointment for 11a.m.Treated promptly and gently,antibiotics prescribed.very satisfied with care.

The Chipping Norton Dental Practice is excellent in every way. The receptionists are always very helpful when arranging appointments, and the dentists and hygienists are first class.

The service here from the Dentists and Hygienists her has always been good. The issue lately is you cannot get an appointment . (Dentist 12 months hygienist 8 months.) This was always a minor issue But since Damira took over it has become a major problem. I assume it is just creeping privatisation !!!!!!!!

The reception staff were wonderful and very helpful. I am disabled and they moved surgeries around so I could be seen downstairs. The dentist and his nurse were also very helpful in explaining the options on what treatment I should have.

Everything about this visit was great. The access was flat and the receptionists were friendly and efficient. However it was the two dentists who looked after my elderly mother whose care and attention were exemplary. They made my mother’s visit so much less traumatic. Thoroughly recommend. We’ll be back. (Unfortunately!!)

This is our regular dentist and they have always been great. This time we had a chipped tooth emergency and we were seen within 2 hours. Chip reattached and one very relieved parent and child. Thank you for the fantastic care!
